I was on a quick loop to Singapore, and Dubai/Abu Dhabi in July for a work
event. I've been to Singapore a lot, so I ended up just snapping some
pictures of the new Casino. This was the first time for me in UAE, so I
wanted to get pictures. A trip up the Burj Khalifa (700+ meters tall,
observation deck is around 400 meters), and spent time in the Dubai mall
on my free day. Dubai was interesting, the architecture is spectacular,
but the brief stay I had, I saw mostly western shopping and brands. It
was almost surreal (I had Dunkin Donuts next to the hotel).
